How long does it take to apply for prior authorization for environmentally classified facilities?
If your ICPE classification has changed in relation to a 1XXX heading in the nomenclature of classified installations, as a result of a change in the classification of your products, you must submit your request for prior registration within 12 months (article L. 513-1 of the Code de l’environnement , circulaire BRTICP/2009-127 du 23 juin 2009 ).
