5.1 Make sure you archive old data

Make sure that your information system or paper records allow you to archive developments over at least the last ten years (Article 36 of REACh). Concerning the risks and legal consequences associated with Code du travail and Code de l’environnement , a 30-year period is generally recommended (occupational illnesses, soil pollution). This information must be provided in the event of the business being transferred to a third party.
