5.1 Keep an eye on regulatory developments
As the INRS revealed, at the end of 2015, an underestimation of level 3 dust levels, it is possible that the risk assessment of the companies concerned is erroneous, and that as a result workers are exposed to concentrations above the VLEP and the 25,000 fibers/liter limit.
We therefore advise you to keep a close watch on regulations, as they will continue to evolve over the coming months.
