You must inform the ECHA ( European Chemical Agency ) of new tonnages produced or imported, by updating your registration dossier, especially in the specific case of discontinued manufacture. Be sure to take stocks into account when calculating volumes.
All information previously submitted to ECHA ( European Chemical Agency ) as part of the registration process must be kept for at least ten years from the last time the substance was used for your own purposes or made available to a third party (Articles 22 and 36 of the REACh Regulation).
