5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't think that an annual prevention plan with a company covers all their work.

Some companies mistakenly believe that an annual prevention plan covers all operations carried out by an external company. In reality, a prevention plan only covers the intervention of an external company within a defined perimeter (location, type of operations), and any other operation requested of this external company will have to be the subject of a new prevention plan. For example, a company that cleans offices on a daily basis will have to draw up a prevention plan for this activity. If, during the course of the year, it is asked to intervene on an ad hoc basis in the workshop, a new prevention plan will have to be drawn up in view of the new area of activity, the use of specific machines and...
