2. What are the requirements for drawing up a prevention plan?

A written prevention plan must be drawn up prior to the start of work when the total number of working hours planned is at least 400 hours over 1 year, or if the work is on the list of hazardous jobs set by arrêté du 19 mars 1993 , regardless of its duration.

For the duration of the work, the prevention plan must be made available to the labor inspectorate, the CARSAT, the CHSCT and the occupational physicians of both companies.
