4. Our advice

4.1 Draw up a prevention plan for all work carried out by outside contractors

Although the law does not require you to draw up a written prevention plan for work exceeding 400 hours or for hazardous work, we recommend that you draw up a prevention plan for all work carried out by outside contractors. This is the only way to be sure of having correctly analyzed the risks, to reduce the probability of an accident, and to protect yourself in the event of injury.
