1. Drawing up a waste register

As a producer of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), you are required to dispose of your waste in accordance with regulations. When it comes to waste management, Code de l’environnement applies.

Since ordonnance du 17 décembre 2010 , all waste producers are required to characterize their waste.

You must add to your waste register the hierarchy of waste treatment methods. For each waste stream, indicate whether you have chosen :

• preparation for reuse ;

• recycling ;

• ...
