5.1 Keep an eye on regulatory developments

Don't overlook other regulations that may apply to you, particularly if you are an ICPE. In many cases, your prefectoral decree – if you are subject to authorization – or ministerial decrees if you are subject to declaration may impose additional constraints.

Be equally vigilant in the event of cessation of activity, transfer or takeover of a business; the notions of owner, operator and holder cover precise legal realities. Administrative and judicial case law is abundant on this subject.
