Continuous improvement
Continuous improvement is a regular activity or action implemented with the aim of increasing the ability to meet requirements, and continuously improving the organization in place by constantly questioning it.
Indicator
A performance indicator is a piece of information designed to help an individual or, more generally, a group of people to steer the course of an action towards the achievement of an objective, or to enable them to assess the result.
Driver
The pilot is the person in charge of an action, who has the means, knowledge and skills to manage its successful completion.
Deming wheel
The Deming wheel is an illustration of PDCA invented by statistician William Edwards Deming.
