3. PDCA applied to chemical risk assessment: how to manage your action plan (Check stage)?

In parallel with the implementation of the actions, a person should be appointed (preferably from the safety department) to ensure that the action plan is properly monitored. At regular intervals (ideally once a month), this person will lead a steering meeting to review the progress of the actions and any difficulties encountered by each pilot. At the end of these steering meetings, decisions must be taken to refocus if necessary.

Actions must be managed using factual elements. To this end, it is important to define quantified monitoring indicators that will enable the performance of the action plan to be measured.
