A process approach is an approach to building an organizational system.

This system defines the organization of work within the company. It must be effective, robust and efficient.

Like any business, your activity is governed and punctuated by structured business processes. These include tasks that must be carried out manually, and others that can be automated. All these tasks, constituting a chain of activities or value streams, are the scope of study for process automation.

A key component of a company's digitalization strategy, process automation (also known as digitalization or digitization) ultimately aims to improve day-to-day efficiency, either by increasing speed or reliability, or both, by reducing the number of errors.
