2.1 Experience matrix
As a reminder, the experimental design presented is a full factorial design with n factors and p levels 2 2 , i.e. two factors at two levels.
The matrix will therefore be designed on the basis of the following formulas:
the number of experiments = p n i.e. 2 2 : 4 experiments ;
the number of interactions = 2 n - n -1 i.e. 2 2 -2 -1 : 1 interaction.
