4.1 Do not use the summary of standards as a guideline for your quality manual.
This is the most common mistake made by companies. Doing it this way guarantees that you won't transcribe the company's process approach, or that you won't specify the interactions between each process. You'll be putting yourself in a situation of non-compliance.
