The relevance of your audit conclusions, and therefore the effectiveness of your audit process, depend on it:
in the case of an internal audit, in order to identify improvement actions, among other things;
in the case of a supplier audit, to objectively qualify a critical supplier.
Ongoing training can take the form of additional professional experience, participation in advanced training courses, team audits with a professional auditor, participation in meetings, seminars, conferences, etc.
