6. Investigation process according to ISO 37008

6.1 Investigation team

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the internal investigation process, the investigation team assumes the appointment of a head of mission responsible for coordinating the internal investigation, as well as the appointment of investigators dedicated to conducting detailed investigations.
