1. Key requirements of ISO 45001

ISO 45001 comprises ten chapters, the first three of which describe the scope, normative references and specific definitions used throughout the standard.

All the chapters of ISO 45001 are comparable to those of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

In addition, since February 2024, an amendment has been associated with it concerning actions relating to climate change.
