4.1 Include the proposed groupings in the hazard study.

Phenomenon aggregation proposals are rigorously inspected by the Administration. To ensure traceability of proposed aggregations, we recommend :

clearly explain their nature (grouping of equipment, phenomena, etc.);
present the estimated probability and severity of the accident resulting from the aggregation.
