3. Implement a corrective action plan

Drawing up a corrective action plan is the logical follow-up to the regulatory and technical conformity assessment: it will enable you to organize the way in which you are going to deal with the non-conformities identified during the assessment.

The purpose of the corrective action plan is to prioritize the compliance actions to be implemented over time, to determine the related financial or human resources, and to monitor the progress of your actions.
