INTRODUCTION
Regulations, directives, laws, decrees, orders... every organization must be aware of and comply with the regulations applicable to it. In addition to the fact that no one is supposed to be unaware of the law, the organization must protect itself against penal and financial sanctions, in line with the management and control of its technical, organizational, legal and human risks.
Changes in business activities and the constant evolution of regulatory requirements necessitate the implementation of a regulatory watch system. This can be defined as the formalized process of identifying and updating applicable legal requirements. The management of regulatory monitoring follows a process logic, broken down into defined stages.
Regulatory monitoring is a prerequisite for the conformity assessment process, which leads to the establishment's compliance through corrective action.
