5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Do not restart a facility that has been shut down without informing the prefectural authority.

You could then find yourself operating a classified facility illegally, without the declaration, registration or authorization required by law.

Not only is this a criminal offence, but the prefectoral authority will be entitled to give you formal notice to regularize your situation, and to impose administrative penalties if you fail to comply.
