5. Our advice

5.1 Use the right to comment

The inspector must inform the operator of the outcome of the inspection, and send him a copy of the report, which he forwards to the prefect. The operator then has the opportunity to make observations.

At this stage of the procedure, we recommend that you make use of your right to comment, for example, by providing the necessary information or explanations.
