Applicant

The person who initiates the lawsuit.

Defendant

The person against whom a claim is made.

Dol

Dishonest behavior by one contracting party towards the other, in the form of maneuvers, lies, collusion, silence, intended to obtain consent.

Error

The act of being mistaken about a substantial quality of the thing for which one contracts.

Operator

Natural or legal person, under public or private law, holder or applicant of the authorization to operate.

Infringement

Behavior prohibited by law and punishable, depending on its seriousness, by a fine and/or prison sentence.
