2. Analyze your declaration receipt and associated general requirements
It is the operator's responsibility to commission and operate his or her classified facility in compliance with the general regulations applicable to his or her activity, of which he or she has acknowledged having taken cognizance at the time of submitting his or her declaration on the Internet.
Ministerial orders setting out the general requirements applicable to each nomenclature heading apply automatically to new facilities, and specify the deadlines and conditions under which they apply to existing facilities.
The operator must comply with these requirements. When a deviation from the requirements is noted, it is the operator's responsibility to check the deadlines for compliance stipulated in the decree.
