4. How do you take shares into account?

Feedback has enabled us to identify the malfunctions that occurred during crisis management. We now need to ensure that these problems do not recur, by implementing a corrective action plan.

4.1 Implement corrective actions

Once the action plan has been validated, each pilot will be responsible for the actions entrusted to him/her.

The implementation of actions should be monitored through regular reviews. The working group leader will ensure, through progress meetings held at least quarterly, that the actions are being taken forward until they have been completed.

The effectiveness of the actions implemented should also be monitored by the working group leader, through crisis management exercises.
