Is my product subject to SDS?
The scope of the SDS obligation is deduced from the application of Article 31 of REACh, as well as from the general or specific exemptions in Title IV of REACh (Article 2.6).
Please note: even when the SDS is not mandatory under REACh, the transmission of certain information may be (Article 32 of REACh). In addition, the requirement to supply an SDS may be extended by the regulations of member countries.
The SDS is not required by REACh when the following finished products are intended for the end user:
