4.1 Don't delay SDS analysis
Receipt of the SDS is the starting point for certain regulatory deadlines. A delay in processing will not give you sufficient time to assess your obligations and compliance, and to implement corrective actions. A simplified control procedure (date, SDS index, changes indicated in section 16, will enable you to adapt the actions to be taken when you receive a change).
