Local map

A simplified town-planning document that can be drawn up by a commune that does not have a local town-planning plan (PLU); it determines which areas of the commune are constructible and which are not.

Employer

The natural or legal person who entered into the employment contract, and who assumes power of control and management over the employee, as well as obligations towards social organizations.

Operator

Natural or legal person, under public or private law, holder or applicant of the authorization to operate.
