Risks are omnipresent within an organization, and can take many different forms, with a variety of origins, both internal and external. Groups of people working on risk management must take this diversity into account. That's why it's essential to think carefully about the choice of players and the tools to be used. It is therefore necessary to have at least one representative of each stakeholder in the risk management process. This representative may have a more or less important role in working groups (implementation, consultation, expertise, etc.).
