3.1 Be careful when drafting the sales contract

The contract of sale must set out the various information obligations incumbent upon you. The more precise, clear and backed up by technical documents (audits, soil diagnostics, etc.) the information provided to the buyer, the less your liability will be called into question in the event of subsequent discovery of pollution.
