1. Determine the legal status of the "water" nomenclature project
The legal regime governing water is set out in Title I er of Book II of the Code de l’environnement , entitled "Water and aquatic and marine environments". Chapter 3, more specifically devoted to "activities, installations and uses", describes the regimes applicable to the various projects.
