As an operator of activities likely to have an impact on water resources, you need to be aware of and comply with the regulatory constraints applicable to your activities in this field. Water law is one of them.

To comply with this law, you need to assess the impact of your project on the aquatic environment as far upstream as possible, in order to be able to meet procedural deadlines that can sometimes be as long as a year or more before administrative approval is granted.
