4.1 Draw up health and safety instructions in line with the principle of proportionality
The operator of an ICPE is not required to produce an exhaustive "health and safety" manual. Its preparation is governed by the principle of proportionality, which requires you to analyze and develop only those issues that are relevant to the characteristics of your business and the location where it is based.
The aim is to analyze the foreseeable occupational hazards associated with your facility, in order to determine the measures needed to prevent them.
