1.1 The ICPE operator

The operator is the person whose identity appears on the declaration receipt, registration or authorization order. It may be :

  • a natural person (an individual, a manager) or a legal entity (for example, a commercial company, a local authority, a government department, a public institution);

  • a private legal entity (e.g. a trading company) or a public legal entity (e.g. a municipality).
