3. Anticipate incompressible costs, obtain a plan waiver

3.1 Payment commitment

In addition to the costs inherent in compiling the file (consultancy fees, various measurements and analyses, typing, production and printing of plans, duplication in x copies), the regulations require the petitioner to pay a certain number of costs that can be described as administrative.

This commitment can be made, for example, by means of a letter that is separate from the authorization application, but attached to the file.
