4. At the end of the project, evaluate the project and apply the changes to future projects
Compare what was expected with what was actually achieved for the project (project deliverables) and the management of results: the project’s successes are celebrated, and the reasons for those successes are analyzed. Is there a strong link between the results achieved and the management approach? The team’s engagement and development throughout the project depend largely on the latter.
4.1 "Lessons Learned"
The analysis of the factors contributing to the success and failure of project team management should result in the identification of "lessons learned" that can be applied to future projects.
