4. Building scenarios
You now have the criteria you want to position your system on, a panel of users and an analysis of existing systems. The next step is to set up the test protocol.
We distinguish five main points:
Planning: it's important to define the duration of testing, analysis and exploitation of results, in order to best manage the integration of your schedule into the (often highly constrained) system development schedule. You also need to define the desired number of users (bearing in mind that a minimum of seven people is required to obtain statistically analyzable results).
Defining goals: you need to define the problems of system use for which you want to propose avenues of improvement (definition of a protocol by means of attack).
