4.1 Where to find industrial competition?

Do you need to outsource? To what extent? In which countries? With what confidentiality clauses or commercial agreements?

Remember that any exchange with someone outside your company, whether an industrialist or a layman, can pass on vital information that can be used by a competitor. This point is often overlooked, but it's always in the most banal of ways that innovations have fallen into the hands of competitors.

In a public space, any discussion about your work with others (face-to-face or over the phone) can provide information to your competitor.
