5.1 Pay close attention to the wording of the subcontracting contract

The following guidelines are recommended:

• ensure that the parties are identified and domiciled;

• draw up a preamble to explain the situation of the parties and their reasons for entering into the contract;

• structuring the contract into different articles;

• question contentious formulas, syntax and punctuation ;

• list appendices ;

• date and sign the contract.
