Contract

Agreement whose purpose is to create an obligation to do or not to do something.

Curatorship

Protection of a person of full age who needs advice due to an alteration in his or her personal faculties.

Subcontracting

Operation whereby you entrust to another person all or part of the services or work that you would normally perform if you had the necessary equipment, skills, time or personnel.

Subcontractor

A person who performs services or work for and on behalf of the client.

Guardianship

Protection of a person of full age who needs to be supervised and controlled due to an alteration in his or her personal faculties.
