1. How do you start a DFHN process to develop your company's innovation plan?

The DFHN describes the state of the company's know-how; in a way, it's its "starting balance sheet", its DNA.

When it comes to the company's future strategy, the first step is to set up a think-tank at :

  • the division for a large company (the one in charge of a product range) ;

  • the company itself, for an SME.

This unit is accountable, directly or indirectly, to the highest decision-making level (General Management, Board of Directors).

It will be made up of at least one representative from each department (functional and operational):
