1. Print project: Gantt chart and network graph

You can format the Gantt chart so that all the relevant information appears:

  • task display (number, name and duration) ;

  • summary/subordinate differentiation (characters, colors, background) ;

  • critical and non-critical tasks in specific colors ;

  • no overloading of information (or representation) to increase legibility.

Display the [Print preview] before printing your Gantt chart, then click on [Page setup] to continue editing. You can print your entire project, or only certain pages, by clicking on the [Settings] button. If you have selected a time scale, choose whether to print the whole project or only part of it. You can choose whether or not to print job information notes.
