4. View the project

The project can be displayed differently depending on the audience. The project manager needs to be able to visualize the entire project. Project managers and customers may be satisfied with a few summary tasks.

In the [View] tab of the Ribbon (MS Project 2010), then on the [Plan] icon in the [Data] area, you can select the communication to be sent, according to the hierarchical level of your contact (and the corresponding activities).
