2. Consolidating projects

The easiest way to display several projects in the same Gantt chart is to open them in a new window. In the Ribbon's [View] tab, click on [New Window] to open the relevant dialog box. Select the projects you wish to link with the Ctrl key. In the [View] list, select [Gantt chart]if required and click OK.

MS Project has created a new project which needs to be set up correctly: program start date and calendar, calendar options, critical path display. Click on [Project/Project information]and enter the data in the dialog box. Click on OK.

You can save this project in the same way as the others: [File/Save]. You can also name your project and confirm with [Save].
