2. General recommendations

When managing a team or program, you are likely to have several projects running at the same time. Keeping track of all these variables can be complicated and require quick decision-making. Without a good multi-project management process, it is difficult to identify priorities, help the team manage its resources effectively, and check whether deadlines are being met. We therefore recommend that you pay attention to the following points.

2.1 Define objectives, responsibilities, and expectations from the outset.

Clarify processes and responsibilities at the overall level. Set goals and communicate clearly about the projects that will help you achieve them.
