4. Facilitate project reviews
Typically led by the project manager, the review should be facilitated in a way that allows everyone to speak, while staying within the time limit agreed upon by all participants. You should clearly state your expectations at the end of the project review:
verification of the project's progress;
input from the stakeholders present;
defining their proactive recommendations (which helps establish them as a source of innovative ideas);
confirmation of each party’s commitments regarding the next phase of the project.
