1. Prepare the organization and input data for the definition of the validation/verification plan

This sheet concerns manufactured products (automotive, retail, etc.). Adaptations are necessary for services and software products.

This sheet deals solely with the qualitative approach to validation, which consists in defining the type of validation, its means and supports, depending on the nature of the innovation and its stage of development. It must be supplemented by a quantitative approach to test sizing, which involves specifying the number of parts to be tested, the test duration, the tolerable level of degradation and the acceptance criterion.

All the steps described in this sheet are iterated on the product as well as on the systems and components making it up. We will therefore use the term "product/system/component" throughout this data sheet to designate the object of the study.
