2. Search for influential technical parameters

Once the database has been established, it will be necessary to understand which technical parameters will have an impact on project costs. Two or three parameters may suffice to establish a relationship for calculating the cost.

These parameters will enable us to clearly identify the technical characteristics of the project in order to distinguish its specificity.
