 INTRODUCTION

Once a contract has been signed, following the bidding and commercial negotiation phase with the customer, the project manager and his team are appointed. They set up a process and schedule the various project reviews needed to ensure that the project runs smoothly, from start to finish.

The purpose of this sheet is to describe the various stages to be completed, and the organization and content of project reviews throughout the project.
