The acquisition of intellectual property rights generally requires prior searches to check that the conditions for protection are met. You can carry out an initial summary check using the tools provided by intellectual property offices. If this preliminary study does not reveal any obstacles, you can then call on an industrial property attorney or a lawyer to carry out more in-depth investigations and interpret them, thanks to his or her knowledge of legislation and case law, essential elements for optimal protection.
